Introduction

Chutung Veterans Hospital 16th ward was reestablished in 2002, and the respiratory care ward was established in May.

1. Patient who has been on a ventilator.
2. Patient who has applied for major injury card

3. Special documentation: proof of low income resident, certificate from the head of the neighborhood.
